We follow a strict but fair exchange and return policy to maintain quality, hygiene, and transparency. Please read the details below before placing your order.
🛑 We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The item is damaged during transit
- You received the wrong product
- An item from your order is missing
❌ We do not accept returns/exchanges for:
- Change of mind after placing or receiving the order
- Disliking the product after delivery
- Minor colour differences due to lighting or screen resolution
- Size or length issues (please review product descriptions before ordering)
📦 To be eligible for an exchange or return:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide a clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel) and photos highlighting the issue.
- Ensure the item is unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
🔁 Once your claim is verified, we will:
- Send a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a store credit for the item value (excluding shipping charges if applicable)
🚚 Please Note:
- Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer, unless the mistake is from our side.
- Products not returned in original condition will not be eligible for exchange or return.
- Refunds or credits (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
