These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Platform and the purchase of our jewellery products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on the Platform. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
- Our collection features imitation and ethnic jewellery sourced from manufacturers and wholesalers across India.
- We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions, but slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur due to screen settings or the nature of the products.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders for products listed at incorrect prices or with inaccurate information.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and other payment gateways as listed at checkout.
- Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled by the customer. Refer Cancellation Policy for more details.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- We currently ship within India. Delivery timelines may vary between 3–10 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
- Delays due to courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, though we will try our best to assist.
5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged product on arrival (requires unboxing video proof)
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with clear photos and an unboxing video.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 2 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed as store credit or product replacement, at our discretion.
- No returns will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike, size mismatch, or colour variation.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform — including images, product names, logo, captions, and text — is the intellectual property of Abhini Jewels.
You may not reproduce, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. DESIGN OWNERSHIP
Abhini Jewels is a reseller of imitation and ethnic jewellery that is manufactured by third-party vendors.
- Disclaimer: We do not claim ownership of the original jewellery designs.
- All designs and manufacturing rights belong to the original manufacturers and suppliers.
- Our role is limited to the sale and promotion of these products under the Abhini Jewels brand name.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
